The pentagram has been used as a religious symbol throughout the world from the beginning of recorded history. The most basic pentagram is simply a five-point star drawn with one continuous line broken into five line segments and with one point of the star facing up. Today, however, when we say “pentagram,” we usually mean “a five-point star with one or two circles drawn around it. An inverted pentagram displays the star “upside down,” i.e., with one point facing down and two facing up. Whichever form is used, the pentagram has always been assigned a five-part symbolism.
The five points within a pentagram have their own meaning. The upward point of the star is representative of the spirit. The other four points all represent an element; earth, air, fire, and water. All these things contribute to life and are a part of each of us. The number 5 has always been regarded as mystical and magical, yet essentially 'human'. We have five fingers & toes. We commonly note five senses: sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste. We perceive five stages or initiations in our lives: birth, adolescence, coitus, parenthood and death.

Shipping and Service:
Our standard shipping service is 2nd class signed for. As this is a signed service please update PayPal with a suitable address where someone will be available to offer a signature upon delivery. If this is not possible and your parcel receives an attempted delivery that is unsuccessful Royal Mail should leave a card if you are not at home. Unfortunately this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived as expected please contact your local sorting office.
How to contact Royal Mail?
You can use the tracking number provided on screen in ‘my eBay – purchases’. You can log onto Royal Mails website (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item) and arrange a re-delivery at a time and date that suits you. Alternatively collect in person at the sorting office. This online solution is affected and only takes a few minutes to sort.

We are happy to combine postage on items that are labelled with postage. Please use the basket option or request a total from seller.
Please, if you are buying multiple items with FREE postage do not make several separate orders. You MUST use the basket system.
We can only post to the address given on your PayPal payment so please make sure this is correct as instructed above.
For our customers outside the UK, postage is fully insured and tracked however due to this the postage is costly. Please use the basket option where your postage will automatically be updated up on check out. Postage is only paid once no matter how many item you choose to buy.
What if I have a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your item/s when it arrives, please contact us straight away using the eBay messaging system and we usually reply within 24 hours. Our customers are extremely important to us and we will always go the extra mile to correct any issue you may have.

Who takes your photos?
We take all our own photos and have several key factors we insist on following with every shot taken.
All photos are taken in natural daylight. All photos are never edited, enhanced or filters applied. All photos used are always the raw photography. The person shooting the photos must always were black to stop any reflecting light from changing the colour of the item in question. These protocols are to ensure you get the best possible snap shot of any item you may wish to purchase.
What about Multi Listings?
Nearly all our listing have multiple items attached. Gemstones are natural forms and no two are the same. The main image is a picture of only one of the items you may receive. We take multiple photos and of multiple items. If you would prefer a certain shade of stone for example please add this to the ‘Message to seller’ section when checking out. We will always do what we can to make sure you get what you really want.
Will the colour be the same?
Yes, but computer settings do alter the shade and tones of colours on all screens. Please remember this as colours with similar hues will appear different on each screen.
